Strategic Growth Plans
YOP intends to further build upon its success, both by increasing the reach of its current programming and by expanding the number of programmes offered.
YOP intends to accomplish this goal by:
- Having a base office with staff in Bamenda and satellite offices located throughout Cameroon;
- Increasing circulation for the Let’s Talk and Parlos-en, YOP’s publications with the furthest reach and greatest impact;
- Instituting a volunteer teaching corps to bring skilled educators to the rural communities while providing valuable experience to these educators; and
- Creating additional youth safe havens such as a recreation centre, holiday camps and expanded community sports programmes.
